I have had to come to the sad, sad conclusion that I need to cut back on my carb intake. Yes, it's 90% wheat and whole grain, but it ain't doing me a bit of good. So I've ramped up my protein to substitute it and I haven't missed it that much. I've been eating salad instead of garlic bread when we have pasta dishes and it's coo'. I actually feel better afterwards. Garlic bread gets me a bit heart burny. :(
