Results are in and....I've lost over 10 pounds!! Unofficial of course since I don't weigh myself regularly and don't know where I started. But I feel good and I'm in a definite burning mode.
I've beefed up my work out regiment to 4 days now. I am still struggling with exhaustion throughout the week, but I know that will continue to get better. My work outs have been getting more and more extreme. I'm at the point where I can push myself without making myself sick or over exhausting myself too much.
I am ready to start working with my personal trainer again. I am excited about it! I've worked really hard to get this far, again.
I still have a long way to go....
