
Hungry has hit me with a bang! I seem to be constantly hungry with nothing really lasting more than 2-3 hours. I often wake up around 3am with hungry pains. What does this mean? Lots of planning!
I am having to bring in lots of protein packed, low fat foods to sustain me for the day. The biggest challenge is making sure I am satiated before working out after work.
This is a lot of work, annoying, frustrating, expensive etc. But I know it's what I need to feed my lack luster metabolism and stay in burn mode instead of store mode.
Oh, Hungry....

It probably means your blood sugar is low. You really have to keep eating every few hours to maintain that blood sugar. I know easier said than done when you are at work. This article has got me thinking more about my blood sugar:

Of course I'm probably not helping myself if I keep buying bags of conversation hearts. I ate a lot of it today and hit a sugar low after noon and fell asleep. I missed picking Aki up by half an hour! Anyway, gotta go make dinner... Do you like edamame? That's a good snack.
